Is PhrasePort free to use? +

Yes! PhrasePort has a generous free tier that includes access to 3 languages and basic phrase browsing. Upgrade to Premium for all 74 languages, unlimited TTS, custom translations, and more.

Why doesn't text-to-speech work for some languages? +

TTS availability depends on your device's installed language packs. On Android, go to Settings → Text-to-Speech and install the Google TTS engine with your desired language. Some languages appear as "download" status — they need the voice pack installed on your device first.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store. Go to Google Play → Subscriptions → PhrasePort and tap Cancel. You can also cancel from within the app under Settings → Subscription. If you face any issues, contact us and we'll assist you.

Can I use PhrasePort offline? +

Yes! All phrases are stored locally on your device. You can browse and read phrases without an internet connection. Text-to-speech requires a connection only if the voice pack hasn't been downloaded to your device yet. Custom AI translations require an internet connection.

Is PhrasePort available on iOS? +

Currently PhrasePort is available on Android via Google Play. An iOS version is in development — sign up for updates and we'll notify you when it launches.

How do I report a wrong or missing phrase? +

We'd love your feedback! Use the form above with the topic "Missing Language / Phrase" and describe what you'd like to see corrected or added. Our team reviews all submissions and updates are pushed with each app release.
